IMPORTANT!! The registration document is an Adobe  "Portfolio" and contains two documents.  When you open the Portfolio you may see a "Cover Page".  To remove the cover page you need to select the "View/Portfolio/Home" options from the Acrobat Reader menu.  Version 9 of Acrobat Reader changed the default manner in which they display documents in "Portfolios" and we were unaware of this feature.  We are sorry for this problem and are working to correct is as soon as possible.

At this time there is no on-line registration.  Please open (this could take 3 to 5 min. depending on the speed of your connection) and print the registration packet and mail to:

Please note that no registration packets are being mailed out this year unless specifically requested.     Our first year for going green.


NOTE: You will be able the fill in and print this information using Adobe Reader 7 or later.  At this time please use the mouse to move between fields.  Before you print the registration and medical release forms you may want to print the class descriptions, and gather information about immunizations, pharmaceuticals, and medical allergies.  This will save you some time in filling out the registration.  Please print the registration form and medical history questionnaire and mail to: N.M.O.E.A., 7600 Rio Guadalupe Pl, Albuquerque, NM  87122.  You will not be able to save the form and update information that has already been entered.  If you have any problems filling out the form, downloading, or are unable to retrieve the registration forms please click here to help us resolve your problems.  You may also print the registration form and medical history questionnaire, fill it out manually and mail to the above address.
